Blue Diamond
A fine blend that encapsulates the characteristics and aromas of four single-origin Arabicas, with hints of fresh and nuts fruits, citrus, honey and chocolate.

A blend with a higher percentage of Arabica coffee, with sweet notes of chocolate and hazelnuts and a round body.

A story that

It was in the Milan of the early 1900s that, amid revolutions and great industrial and economic progress, the Torrefazione opened its doors on Corso Buenos Aires, exactly in 1909. At that time, thanks in part to the improvement of the espresso machine, a real coffee culture began to spread.
The roastery immediately became a reference point for lovers of roasted beans and is distinguished by the passion and dedication it manages to extract in each cup of coffee.
As many as 12 different coffees, including blends and single-origins, are available for purchase at the Torrefazione! At the counter we offer the timeless Allegro blend, beloved by all customers, as well as the historic Blue Diamond, a blend of only the finest Arabica beans.
But not only that!
We offer an ever-changing third espresso coffee: every two weeks we provide Coffee Lovers with an ever-changing coffee from our blends!
